Absentee ballots do NOT need to be notarized if either:
- the voter is confined due to illness, or at risk of COVID-19, or
- the voter is 65 years or older.
All other absentee and mail-in ballots for the November 2020 election MUST be notarized.
Important Dates
- Wednesday, October 21 - Deadline for requests for absentee or mail-in ballots to be received by the election authority.
- Tuesday, November 3 - Election day. Deadline for absentee or mail-in ballots to be received by the election authority.
